Thursday Evening Relax, Let Go and De-Stress Sound Bath Meditations With Sound Therapist Gary Posner

Friends, I would like to invite you to our 2023 series Chakra Sound Bath Meditations on Thursday evenings at 6:30PM . Researchers have found that tension, anxiety, and negative moods decreased significantly after a Therapeutic Sound™ Bath Meditation.

Sound Bath Meditations are a combination of restorative yoga, meditation, toning, chanting and a sacred sound concert. They have been shown to reduce stress, enable deep relaxation, strengthen the immune system, promote healing, enhance creativity, uplift the spirit and help with insomnia. Sound Meditations slow down your brainwaves and guide you into a deep meditative state or altered state of consciousness. Participants lay down comfortably and then are “immersed” in the sounds, vibrations and harmonics of the instruments. Gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and shamanic percussion instruments are played in a clinically tested, therapeutic sequence to maximize benefits. No previous knowledge or experience is required. Sound is a very accessible form of meditation where benefits are usually experienced right after the first session.

You will need: An exercise or yoga mat and water. Here is a link to an extra thick Mat .

Optional: You will be laying down for about 60 mins, so having a blanket, pillow and eye pillow will add additional comfort to your experience.
