Friends, I would like to invite you to our Restorative Sound Bath Meditation Sound 60™ Series at Land of Buddha, NYC.

These are specially designed 60 minute Sound Meditation sessions. We have been holding them in schools for educators and students for the last 5 years. They are concentrated sessions where you feel Each week we will always focus on having the most peaceful, wonderful and relaxing time, as well as the vibrational frequencies of a different Chakra. This week we will be exploring the Heart Chakra - The Chakra in charge of Compassion, Kindness, Communication & Love.

Afternoon Sound Bath Meditations are a combination of Breath Work, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and a Sacred Sound Concert. These Sound Classes are about recharging, relaxation, restoration and healing. Benefits are often felt after the first session.

Sound Bath Meditations are a combination of breath work, restorative yoga, meditation, toning, chanting and a sacred sound concert. They have been shown to reduce stress, enable deep relaxation, strengthen the immune system, promote healing, enhance creativity, uplift the spirit and help with insomnia. No previous knowledge or experience is required. Sound is a very accessible form of meditation where benefits are usually experienced right after the first session.

About Your Teacher:

Gary Posner is an award-winning composer, musician, educator and Certified Sound Therapist, earning his degree from The British Academy of Sound Therapy

Gary taught, studied and played music all over the world. He composed music for HBO, Cinemax, ESPN, Court TV, Tru TV, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, and History Channel. In addition, he toured and recorded with Tom Tom Club, Talking Heads, Peter Gabriel, Lou Reed, The Grateful Dead, Ziggy Marley, Keith Richards, Debbie Harry, The Ramones, Television, The Fine Young Cannibals, The Gypsy Kings, Robert Palmer and Roberta Flack.
