Therapeutic Sound Therapy, as practised as Sound Bath Meditation, is a natural method for strengthening your immune system. This alternative approach uses sound waves to promote healing by bringing our brain into a deep sleep state, sometimes called a Delta State. It has been employed for centuries to aid in recovery from various ailments. Specifically, spending time in the deep sleep state helps our body repair and regrow tissues, build bone and muscle, and strengthen our immune system. It is also very important for memory, growth, cell regeneration, and energy restoration.
Emerging research and case studies suggest that certain musical frequencies may also stimulate brain function and potentially benefit individuals with dementia. We now incorporate these promising “musical vitamins” in all our sessions.
